Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By using this website, submitting an enquiry or booking a package with Noor-Ain Tours International (“we”, “us”), you agree to them.
1. About our packages
We offer Umrah, Hajj, Ziyarat and international tour packages (including Iraq, Turkey and Dubai). Package details, inclusions, hotel distances, airlines and dates shown on this website are indicative and may change. The final itinerary, inclusions and price are those confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
2. Prices
- All prices are per person in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise, and are marked with an asterisk (*) where conditions apply.
- Packages are subject to US Dollar rate changes, airline fare changes and applicable taxes.
- Any increase in travel policy, visa charges or government fees after booking is to be borne by the traveller.
- Any promotional or limited-period offers may be withdrawn or changed at any time, and the balance of a booking is payable before visa processing.
3. Booking and payment
- A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required booking amount and a written confirmation from us.
- The balance must be paid before visa processing begins, by the due date we communicate. Delayed payment may result in loss of seats or revised prices.
- Seats are subject to availability. Fixed departures are offered every week and month, as available.
4. No bargain, cancellation or refund
Amounts already paid are not refundable except where a refund is required by law or by the written terms of a specific package confirmed by us. Fees charged by airlines, hotels, embassies or visa authorities that cannot be recovered will not be refunded in any case.
5. Travel documents and eligibility
- Each traveller is responsible for holding a valid passport, photographs, vaccinations and any documents required by the destination country, airline and visa authorities.
- Visas are issued by the relevant government authorities. We act only as a facilitator and are not responsible for visa delay, refusal or the conditions imposed by authorities. Visa refusal does not entitle you to a refund of non-recoverable costs.
- Hajj and Umrah are subject to the rules and quotas of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of India, which may change without notice.
6. Hotels, flights and services
- Hotel distances (for example 50 m to 1500 m) are approximate. Hotels may be substituted with similar or better properties where necessary.
- Room sharing (for example 4/5 sharing), meals (Indian buffet or full-board, as per the package) and transport (A/C buses) are as stated for each package.
- Flight timings, airlines and routing are controlled by the airlines and may change. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, rescheduling or baggage loss by airlines or other third parties.
7. Traveller conduct
Travellers must follow the instructions of our guides, local authorities and religious rules of the places visited. We may refuse service to anyone whose conduct endangers others or the group, without refund.
8. Force majeure
We are not liable for changes, delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural events, pandemics, government orders, travel restrictions, security situations, strikes or airline and airport disruptions. Any additional costs arising are borne by the traveller.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. We recommend that travellers take travel insurance. Where insurance is included in a package, it is subject to the insurer’s terms.
10. Website use and content
Content on this website, including logos, text and images, belongs to Noor-Ain Tours International or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Information on the site is for general guidance and is not a binding offer until confirmed in writing.
11. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
